These terms cover the text messages sent by the WFDC Client Portal. Use of the portal for your project is also governed by the agreements you sign with WFDC.

SMS Terms

Program

Western Frontier Development Capital, LP ("WFDC") sends text messages to clients who use the WFDC Client Portal (portal.wfdcapital.com). The program sends only two kinds of message, and no marketing:

• A one-time sign-in code each time you sign in or ask for a new code. Example: "WFDC Portal: 123456 is your sign-in code. It expires in 10 minutes. Don't share it. Reply STOP to opt out."
• A one-time link to open your portal forms on your phone, only when you choose to have it texted to you. Example: "WFDC Portal: open your form on this phone: https://portal.wfdcapital.com/h/… (works once, for 10 minutes). Reply STOP to opt out."

How you opt in

The first time you sign in, the portal asks you to add your mobile number. You opt in by entering your number, ticking the box (not ticked in advance) agreeing to receive these texts, and choosing Text me a code. The box links to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You can see that screen here.

Message frequency

One message each time you sign in, request a new code, or ask for a link. Message frequency varies with how often you use the portal.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. WFDC does not charge for these messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@wfdcapital.com. If you opt out, contact your WFDC representative to arrange another way to sign in.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
